adjustable roller widths allow you to create sheets from 12mm thickness (ideal

the Sfogliafacile has rollers 27cm / 270mm / 10¾" wide - technically you can
produce 27cm wide sheets but to ensure the paste remains uniform it shouldn't
touch the sides so we'd say sheets can be up to at least 25cm (10") wide

always easy to achieve by hand
simply set to your desired thickness and feed your paste into the roller - use
