Custom Orders: If you don’t see what you’re looking for in my shop, send me a
message and I’ll be happy to create a custom order for you. Custom orders are
not eligible for free shipping.

Rush Orders: If you need your order faster than my standard production time (3
- 5 days, plus shipping transit time), message me for a rush order (additional
fees may apply).

US Shipping: US (domestic) orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail as my
standard method. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Refunds are not
offered for items delayed in transit. Shipping refunds (shipping fee only) may
be available for Express shipping which is delayed in transit (based on USPS

International Shipping: International shipping is via USPS First Class
International Mail with available upgrades. Refunds are not offered for items
delayed in transit. The customer is responsible for any VAT, other
customs/local fees, or customs requirements. VAT is not always included in your
