****IMPORTANT - These Gold Shimmer edible Gems work great on Fondant covered
confections and Butter Cream iced confections.

Sanitary / Smoke Free Environment

Please note: The edible gems are about the size of a 1/2 carat diamond. The
melted isomalt that I use is dropped into a mold using a lollipop stick and the
other side is rounded. It is not 3-dimensional like a diamond.

Your Edible Sugar Gems will be shipped enclosed within a cello bag and heat
sealed. When ready to use, just simply remove your gem with a pair of tweezers
and place on your convection.

***Please do NOT freeze or refrigerate your edibles..!!!
